Talent Connections believes that giving back to the community that it resides in is a corporate responsibility. The company sets aside time for its employees to serve on volunteer projects of a good cause and sponsors some of its own charitable efforts as well.
In 2002 and 2004, Talent Connections hosted "HR.Making a Difference," a bowling event that has raised more than $16,000 combined for Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Partnership Against Domestic Violence. In 2005, a Talent Connections executive served as Co-Chair in the Atlanta Arby's Charity Tour that raised a record $185,000. for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The company's involvement with these two organizations will continue in the future, as well as with others.
Talent Connections works with High Tech Ministries at an annual HR Prayer Breakfast that has evolved into one of the largest networking events in technology in Atlanta each year. Talent Connections also donates time to Crossroads Career Network–a ministry that helps people in their career searches–just to name a few.
